6 Warning signs of mental and emotional exhaustion:

  1. You get easily irritated.
  2. You have no motivation to do anything.
  3. You get anxiety and panic attacks often.
  4. You have trouble sleeping.
  5. You feel empty inside.
  6. You have zero tolerance and patience.

When you feel like you have most or all of the above signs, you need to start paying attention to yourself. You need to understand that if this continues that it could lead to deep-rooted depression or trauma. Getting help from a therapist or even just airing out your feelings with a loved one will help you start your healing journey.

Pay attention to YOU, because you are meant to live in joy, not in stress.

Before you move forward, make sure you take time to grieve the loss of family, the loss of the love you thought would last longer than it did, and most importantly the loss of who you used to be.
