My goal this past week was to intentionally try to be more present. I’ve set my intention to be more mindful in the moment. It’s certainly faded my funk the past couple of days!
A Mindfulness practice does not have to make you feel overwhelmed. Sprinkle mindfulness into your day in small portions, just like I do.
Each way on this checklist takes 5 minutes or less:
Watch and focus on your breathing.
Have a mindful cup of tea/coffee, feeling every sip.
Make a mindful meal, activating all your senses.
Take a mindful walk, soaking in the nature around you.
Have a Guided Mindful meditation practice.
When feeling tensed, focus on the tensed muscle and release it.
