Priyanka, even if you are fully ready to have kids and want kids and love kids... Like me, it's still the hardest thing to do... Be a parent. My daughter is almost 18 now and it's still a whirlwind of emotions for me.
I can't imagine you not being mentally ready and still having a child. The level of emotional adjustment for you must've been huge, monumental even.
But I'm glad you've come to love your little girl in a way that only a mother can.
I do wish that all girls in our society get married and have kids when they are ready, not when society wants them to.
