This is a beautiful practice Sandra. I cant help but find similarities in this practice and the practice esoterics/sufis suggest for cleansing the soul. Its a very cathartic practice and it leaves me feeling light as a feather.

Learning about other spiritual practices has almost affirmed to me that most genuine spiritual practices of the world are seeped in a similar energy.
