Do you experience anxiety at night? Here are some healing tips to help you manage it positively.

  1. Create a simple slowing down routine 30 minutes before bed.
  2. Drink honey-infused chamomile tea.
  3. Keep a gratitude journal by your bed to write down 5 things you were thankful in the day.
  4. Practice deep breathing. Breathe in through the nose, breathe out through the mouth.
  5. Repeat Positive Affirmations, with your right hand on your heart:
    “I am calm and relaxed.”
    “I breathe in positivity and breathe out negativity.”

Anxiety takes over when you think you have to figure out everything all at once.

Breathe. You’re strong. You are enough. You got this.
