Go from anxious to centred — Anxiety can kick in at any time. It can feel like you’re drowning when it takes over. When it does, instead of succumbing to it, I urge you to tell yourself these statements, so that you may guide yourself back to a more centred state. ~Thank you for the warning, but I am ok. ~Whatever happens I can handle it.
